Delivery Costs

Our delivery charges are as follows:

£0 - £3.25 = £2.40

£3.26 - £6.50 = £3.50

£6.51 - £9.75 = £4.50

£9.76 - £30.00 = £5.50

FREE Delivery on all orders above £30.00

Time

Orders are sent out Monday to Friday and will usually arrive within 2 to 3 day although this is not guaranteed. If you require a specific delivery date (or order type), please email us on hello@flavrbox.com and we will make arrangements.

Method

We use First Class Royal Mail to ship all our orders.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisified with your oder. In the event that an item is damaged, faulty or fails to meet your expectations, we will replace the item or offer you a full refund, provided that you inform us of the problem within 7 days of delivery. About Artisan Kitchen

The Artisan Kitchen is based in Gloucester & we love making high quality, jams, preserves, marmalades, pickles, sauces and chutneys using fresh, natural, seasonal and local ingredients All our preserves are handmade in small batches to traditional methods.

We prefer not use any pectin in our jams, or any stabilisers or thickeners in our range, which in turn makes our products taste really fresh,vibrant, natural and delicious.

Here at Artisan we have a real passion for food and believe that food tastes great when using only the finest high quality natural, seasonal ingredients.

Our fantastic fruit & vegetable suppliers are local to Gloucestershire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire, and provide us with the very best ingredients, in season and with very little food miles, we also use fruit from local private orchards & allotments from people we have got to know through our exploits in all things jammy & pickled
