I have to admit that I am very partial to a good mayonnaise although it seemed to me that unless you make it yourself it’s very hard to come by, or at least it was until now. Fussels Classic Rapeseed Oil is made with simple and wholesome ingredients including free range egg yolks, English mustard and lemon juice, what it doesn’t have is any artificial additives.

Fussels Classic Rapeseed Oil is made with simple and wholesome ingredients including free range egg yolks, English mustard and lemon juice, what it doesn’t have is any artificial additives.

The result is a rich, bright, creamy and very moreish mayonnaise that is an ideal accompaniment for…. well for just about everything as it happens! Personally, I often use it instead of butter in a sandwich and if I am being very naughty, a blob or two gets popped onto my boiled eggs but I am sure you will find lots of ways to enjoy it.

Rapeseed oil( 68% ),Free range egg yolk ( 11% ), water, mint ( 4.5% ), white wine vinegar, concentrated lemon juice, sugar, prepared English mustard ( water, mustard flour, salt, wheatflour,turmeric0, salt, natural flavouring : garden mint oil.

Hi, I'm Andy and here are a few things you might like to know about my Rapeseed oil, Fussels Fine Foods, and about me. My family have been farming land here in Somerset for generations and are well and truly at the heart of the village community here in Rode. I am a passionate hands on farmer, who believes in the value of good food, which is why I created the Fussels Fine Foods company. Now I can share my love of the land and the fruits of my labour directly with you.

I believe in high quality simple food that has provenance and in the positive values of sustainable farming which is why I have done something about it and created Fussels Fine Foods. From sowing to cold pressing and bottling, everything about my rapeseed oil happens here on the farm.

The fantastic healthy qualities of Rapeseed oil have been a secret for too long and my rapeseed oil is a real English alternative to olive oil. It has more generous servings of the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, it is lower in bad saturated fats than olive oil and high in the good monounsaturated fats and it is an excellent source of Vitamin E.
