Delivery
When you place an order through Flavrbox, you are ordering products directly from the producer, meaning that products ordered from different producers will get shipped to you in separate consignments.
Each producer has the ability to specify their own delivery policy, which includes the average order turnaround time, courier used, cost and any other rules they might want to specify. For instance, some producers will only accept to ship to certain locations in the country or will only process orders on certain days of the week. This information is clearly displayed on the releavnt product page and producer shop page, so please make sure you read and understand the producer’s terms before finalising your order with them.
In most cases, your order won’t fit through your letterbox so please make sure that you choose a delivery address where someone will be in during the day. If you are unlikely to be at home, we suggest you arrange for your orders to be sent to your work address. Alternatively, you can ask the courier to leave your order somewhere for you to collect by leaving a delivery note when checking out.
When a producer ships your order, you’ll receive an email telling you your parcel is on its way and where relevant, a tracking reference will be included.
How long does it take?
It depends on the producer, but in most cases your orders will reach you within 2 to 4 working days. See the producer’s delivery information to find out more.
How much does it cost?
Again, it depends on the producer but to keep things simple, delivery charges on the site are typically calculated based on your oder value with each producer. Producer's can specify how much they charge for different order value bands and this is clearly indicated on the product page and producer shop page. Some producers will offer free delivery above a certain order value and we are actively working to encourage more of them to do this.
Where do you ship to?
You can choose for your order to be shipped to any address you specify during checkout, provided it’s in mainland UK (we don’t currently accept foreign orders).
