1.) So what is Flavrbox?

Flavrbox is a new online venue where you can discover and buy amazing food and drink made by some of the finest independent food and drink producers around.

2.) Why not retail?

When we started Flavrbox we wanted to create a different model to traditional retail which too often leads to the squeezing of producer margins. We understand the value of retail but wanted to create a system that would allow producers to sell direct to customers, without being pressured into selling their products at a lower margin. 

3.) Right, so how do I buy stuff?

Buying products on Flavrbox isn’t really any different from buying on Amazon or eBay. You add products to your basket, pay using your preferred payment card or Paypal account and voila! Your order will then be shipped to you directly from the producer (and yes, that does mean that when you buy from different producers, you will receive separate consignments), all that’s left for you to do is enjoy the delicious treats you’ve ordered.

4.) How can I pay?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA Credit, Mastercard Credit, VISA Debit, Maestro Debit, VISA Electron and Discover. The only card we don’t currently accept is American Express. You can also choose to pay using your Paypal account.

5.) Can I place an order with more than one producer at a time?

Yes and in fact, you can order from as many producers as you like!

6.) Are there any age restrictions to buy from Flavbox?

Yes, you must be over 18 years of age to use the site. If you’re under 18, you can still use the site, but you’ll need to ask your parent or guardian to do the buying for you.

8.) I have a complaint! Who do I shout at!?
