Delivery Costs

We charge a standard £6.00 on all deliveries and FREE delivery on orders over £30!

Time

Orders are only shipped Monday to Friday (no Bank Holidays) and should take 2 to 3 working days from the day we've confirmed the delivery. If you require a specific delivery date (or order type), please email us on hello@flavrbox.com and we will make arrangements.

Method

We use Priority Express to ship all our orders.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisified with your oder. In the event that an item is damaged, faulty or fails to meet your expectations, we will replace the item or offer you a full refund, provided that you inform us of the problem within 7 days of delivery. About Lovely Drinks

Lovely Drinks is a small, award-winning soft drinks company based just outside Bristol in Barrow Gurney, North Somerset. We make our drinks by hand from elderflowers, lemons, fresh ginger, locally pressed apples and other English fruits and flowers.

A few summers ago we started making cordial with all the elderflowers in the garden and served it as presse to friends and family. People kept saying how 'lovely' it was so we decided to have a go at selling it. After some success at local markets the business took off. We’ve now won several awards and our drinks are on sale in high quality cafes, delis, restaurants and pubs in Bristol, Somerset and London.

Where possible we use ingredients sourced within Bristol or Somerset and we use local suppliers for almost all our business needs. We use as little sugar as possible and we never use preservatives, concentrates or artificial flavourings.
