Time
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (no Bank Holidays) and should take 2 to 3 working days from the day we've confirmed the delivery. If you require a specific delivery date (or order type), please email us on hello@flavrbox.com and we will make arrangements.

We use Royal Mail First Class to ship all our orders.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisified with your oder. In the event that an item is damaged, faulty or fails to meet your expectations, we will replace the item or offer you a full refund, provided that you inform us of the problem within 7 days of delivery. About Granyena
Granyena is a small Catalan village of about 250 people that lies at the heart of 'Les Garrigues', a well-known extra virgin olive oil producing region in Spain.
It enjoys a typical mediterranean climate and a long history of olive and almond farming. The village is a hard working community that passes traditional methods of farming from generation to generation. During the olive harvesting period which lasts from November through to Februrary, it is not unusual here to see three generations of the same family working together.
The farmers of Granyena take great pride and care in both the quality and the uniqueness of their products. They produce a limited quantity of extra virgin olive oil and organic extra virgin olive oil made from their very own Arbequina Olive. The olive oil is much more than mere food to the people of Granyena, it's life itself.
